In October 2025, Zurich and Bern became exclusive stages for two exceptional events, celebrating Grana Padano PDO and Prosecco DOC—symbols of certified quality and true ambassadors of Italian tradition. Organised in collaboration with Gambero Rosso, the evenings were guided by Marzio Taccetti, Coordinator of the Gambero Rosso’s Vini d’Italia guide, Arianna Pizzolato representing the Prosecco DOC denomination, and Ilenia Martinotti from the Consorzio Grana Padano PDO. They introduced the unique qualities of these products, along with their versatility, through pairings presented by the partnering restaurants.
The guests, consisting of industry professionals and media representatives, enjoyed delicious dishes such as a zucchini flan with 18-month aged Grana Padano PDO, melted with mint and basil oil, and pumpkin risotto with crispy sage and 12-month aged Grana Padano PDO, all paired with a selection of Prosecco DOC wines.
